STUDENT CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Regular and punctual attendance is mandatory for all classes.
  2. Carrying and presenting a valid student ID is required on the territory of MOFA.
  3. Respectful behavior towards every member of the community, including fellow students, lecturers, and department staff is expected.
  4. Active and constructive participation in class is expected.
  5. Students are encouraged to engage in free and respectful discussions on diverse topics; however, must refrain from discussions promoting religious intolerance, extremist ideologies, racial or ethnic hatred, incitement of violence or public disorder, hate speech, or the undermining of sovereignty.
  6. Students must follow instructors’ guidelines for all academic activities.
  7. Students must adhere to the prescribed dress code, which requires them to wear Myanmar traditional dress or attire that aligns with Myanmar cultural norms. Short pants, skirts, and sleeveless clothing are not permitted.
  8. Institution property must be treated with care and respect. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in class is a student responsibility.
  9. To maintain the neutrality, students are prohibited from conducting political activities such as the dissemination of propaganda.
  10. Compliance with all rules and regulations prescribed by the department is mandatory.
