As part of the Guest Lectures Programme for the Postgraduate Diploma in Diplomacy Course (1/2025) in Nay Pyi Taw, conducted by the Myanmar Diplomatic Academy (MDA) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of Nepal to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Harishchandra Ghimire delivered a lecture on 18 February 2026.

In his presentation on “Nepal–Myanmar Relations at the People’s Level”, the Ambassador elaborated on the historical foundations of Nepal–Myanmar relations, existing areas of bilateral cooperation, and people-to-people engagements between the two countries. He also highlighted prospective areas for future collaboration and mutual understanding.

The session concluded with an interactive discussion, during which course participants raised questions and exchanged views with the Ambassador.
