Diploma in Diplomacy (DID 1/2025) Nay Pyi Taw Session commenced on 28 July 2025. On 29 July 2025, the Director-General and Deputy Director-General of the Strategic Studies and Training Department conducted an orientation session regarding the course.

The Director-General provided a comprehensive overview of key operational and procedural matters. He began with an introduction to the Myanmar Diplomatic Academy. This was followed by a detailed explanation of the Vision, Mission, and Objectives for the Diploma in Diplomacy program. The Director-General then specified critical logistical details, including the course duration, graduation requirements, and the prescribed academic curriculum and attire. Furthermore, he elaborated on the participant selection process to ensure transparency and outlined the essential rules and regulations governing trainee conduct. The session concluded with a segment dedicated to individual introductions by the course participants, fostering a collaborative environment.
