The trainees of Diploma in Diplomacy Course (Batch 1/2025), Yangon Class, of the Myanmar Diplomatic Academy (MDA) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, joyfully celebrated the traditional Myanmar Htamanè Festival at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yangon on 30 January 2026 (Friday) morning.

The event was attended by senior lecturers of the Diploma in Diplomacy Course, who were retired Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, retired ambassadors, members of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MISIS), responsible officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as the trainees.

With the aim of preserving and promoting Myanmar’s traditional festivals, the trainees participated in the celebration in a spirit of unity, friendship, and cooperation. Myanmar traditional lunch were also served to all attendees.
