The Closing Ceremony of the Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (47) conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was held on 4 September 2026 at 10:00 am, at the Wunzinminyarzar Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Yangon). H.E. U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs delivered the closing remarks.

Present at the occasions were retired Deputy Ministers, retired Myanmar ambassadors, senior diplomats, the Director-General and other responsible officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, professors and trainees.

The Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills (46/2024) was conducted in Yangon, for twelve weeks from 15 June 2026 to 4 September 2026. A total of 93 trainees, including civil servants and individuals from private sector interested in international relations and diplomacy, attended the course. This course covered the subjects related to diplomacy, international relations, current international affairs, international law, political economy and general knowledge.
