The Myanmar Diplomatic Academy (MDA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Naypyitaw State Academy (NSA) collaboratively held an academic seminar on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the NSA.

Dr. Kim Tae Hyun, a retired professor from Chung-Ang University in the Republic of Korea, delivered the seminar’s keynote lecture, titled “Non-Alignment 3.0: Myanmar’s Foreign Policy in a Reshuffling World.”

Attendees included officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the acting rector, pro-rectors, professors, heads of departments, faculty members, and students from the NSA, as well as trainees from the Diploma in Diplomacy (DID) course in Nay Pyi Taw, totaling approximately 60 people.

During the seminar, Dr. Kim Tae Hyun discussed opportunities for implementing Myanmar’s foreign policy in a changing global landscape, followed by an interactive Q&A session with the audience.
