U Tin Maung Swe, Union Minister for Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivered an opening address at the opening ceremony of the Course for Attache’ on Foreign Service Skill-CFA (6/2026), organized by Strategic Studies and Training Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The ceremony was held at the Lawkanatt Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 am on 29 June 2026.

The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister for Ministry of Foreign Affairs U Ko Ko Kyaw and Deputy Minister for Ministry of Foreign Affairs U Naing Min Kyaw, Permanent Secretary, Directors-General, Deputy Directors-General, officials and 31 trainees from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Course for Attache’ on Foreign Service Skill-CFA (6/2026) will be conducted over an eight weeks duration during weekdays. The course is designed for branch clerks who will be assigned as diplomatic attache’ for the first time and covers diplomatic affairs, civil service rules and regulations, administrative and financial affairs, consular, legal and ASEAN affairs and English language.
