As part of the BDS 47/2026 (Yangon), organized by the Myanmar Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E. U Ko Ko Kyaw delivered a lecture on 6 July 2026 (Monday).

Deputy Minister delivered the lecture entitled “The Importance of Civil-Military Relations in a Democratic Nation,” focused on the interrelationship between Tat Ma Daw and civilian sectors, as well as the concepts and theories of civil-military relations. In addition, Deputy Minister shared insights on the current developments in Myanmar, providing trainees with knowledge and understanding of the country’s contemporary situation.
